Funhouse

Revived punk and metal dive bar operating in El Corazon's lounge space, carrying on the spirit of the original beloved Funhouse venue with intimate shows featuring local and touring underground acts.

History: The original Funhouse opened on Halloween 2003 under the Space Needle in the former Zak's 5th Avenue Saloon location. For 9 years it was a beloved punk/metal dive bar hosting bands like the Spits, Dead Moon, No Means No, Guttermouth, and Red Fang. Lost its lease when the building was sold and demolished in 2012. After a long search, Brian Foss and Bobby Kuckelburg reopened the Funhouse on April 1, 2015 in El Corazon's lounge space, joining Dana Sims as equal co-owners. The original Funhouse spirit lives on with its focus on local underground music.
