Lumen Field
Home of Seattle Seahawks, mega concert venue
History: Built 2000-2002 on the site of the demolished Kingdome. Opened July 20, 2002. Originally named Seahawks Stadium, then Qwest Field (2004), CenturyLink Field (2011), and Lumen Field (2020). Known as one of the loudest stadiums in the NFL -- fans have twice set the Guinness World Record for crowd noise. Selected as a host venue for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The public-private partnership was approved by Washington state voters in 1997.
