South Park Hall
A lovingly renovated 1926 dance hall turned 3,800 sq ft event space with a mid-century boho aesthetic, tons of natural light, a small stage, kitchen, bar, and A/V capability in the heart of South Park.
History: Built in 1926 as a neighborhood dance hall. Sat vacant for years before being renovated by Heidi Herr and Corina Luckenbach (West Seattle entrepreneurs behind Admiral Bird) in 2017. Later acquired by the community through the El Barrio Community Trust, one of the first cultural space acquisitions funded by the City of Seattle's Strategic Investment Fund. Yelp listed it as closed as of August 2025; current status should be verified.
