Stimson-Green Mansion
Historic mansion with elegant wood interiors and period furnishings
History: Commissioned by C.D. and Harriet Stimson and designed by Spokane architect Kirtland Cutter, completed in 1901. Seattle businessman Joshua Green and his wife Laura purchased the house in 1915. Features medieval English Tudor exterior with interior elements spanning Moorish, Romanesque, Gothic, Neoclassical, and Renaissance styles. Gifted to the Washington Trust for Historic Preservation by Priscilla Bullitt Collins in 2001. Designated a Seattle and National Historic Landmark.
